ADVOCACY

ADDING VALUE TO THE COMMUNITY

Personal Growth and Leadership

As a child, Jennifer struggled with self-limiting beliefs. Her self-doubt continued in adulthood and hindered her from accomplishing many things in life. Jennifer realized she needed to change to become a better example for her children when she became a mother. She worked hard and invested in herself, adding value to her personal and professional life. Because Jennifer knew the adverse effects of self-limiting beliefs, she became passionate about personal development, speaking to children and organizations. Because she believed in serving the youth, she had participated in several John Maxwell Global Youth Initiatives where she visited schools speaking about leadership, anti-bullying, the power of self-belief, and failing forward to success.
